Official Regency International Competition Greetings:
On behalf of the entire staff, welcome to the 3rd Annual Regency International Pageant. We are pleased to say that we have contestants from all over the world joining us this year. As contestants you will gain experience, friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. The Regency International Pageant system was founded to create a new event for girls, teens, and women. Our system has two main objectives: Assist winners in furthering their education and to assist local animal charities. Our queens will each receive scholarship money that can be used at the college of their choice. Our queens work together every year to raise money and volunteer at local animal charities. At every Regency International Pageant event whether it is a preliminary, state or international pageant we give half of the entry money of every ticket sold to spectators to our animal charities. This money we donate goes to help foster, feed, and provide medical care for these animals. We know that only one contestant in each division will be crowned, but we hope each contestant will treasure her own personal victory that comes from her accomplishments. To each of our contestants…………Good wishes and best of luck!

Little Miss California
Avery Rodriguez

Avery Rodriguez hails from the city of Yorba Linda and is proud to be your Little Miss California! She just turned 10 years old and is getting ready to start the 5th grade at Linda Vista Elementary School. Her passion in life is dancing, which started at the young age of 3 and continues now as she competes at many competitions with her dance team. She loves all genres of dance, but her absolute favorite is tap. She loves to bring joy to others through her love of dance. Avery and her team do many special shows at senior centers in their city and beyond. They dance, share stories and spend time with residents. It is truly very special. She has also participated in the ALS walk recently to help raise money to find a cure. One of her very young dance team members has been affected by this terrible disease, so hopefully through walks like these they can raise money and awareness in fighting it. In school hours she has been a part of the “Little Buddies” program, where she was paired with a special needs preschooler during their school year. They would meet monthly for crafts, activities and games. Besides dancing, in her spare time she likes to be with her friends and family the most! Even her kitty Toby is one of the family. Swimming and doing anything artistic are also favorite pastimes. When Avery grows up she hopes to be a teacher just like her mom, or even own her very own dance studio some day! She is honored to take place in Regency International this year and cannot wait to meet her sister queens and have an amazing experience!

Teen Southwest
Hanna Strnad-Diaz

Born in the city of Manhattan, the heart and soul of New York, I am Hanna Strnad-Diaz, 17 years old and your current Miss Teen Southwest. Since I can remember, my entire life has consisted of being on the go, due to the fact that I am a daughter of dual military parents. The advantage of being a military child is that I have had the blessing to travel and quickly adapt anywhere around the U.S. and abroad. I’ve lived in New York, Florida, Connecticut, Boston, New Jersey, Virginia, Arizona, Puerto Rico, Missouri, Hawaii, and currently in the beautiful Sun City in the state of Texas. One fun fact about me: before the age of one I was fortunate enough to travel to and through 25 U.S. states and to include the beautiful island of Arecibo, Puerto Rico.

Thankfully, during my journey of my military lifestyle, I am open-minded toward other cultures and divergent beauty. This is why my platform contained “Diversity is Power,” because I have faced hardships and difficulty accepting my distinct physical appearance. Through those trials and tribulations, it has built a confident, outspoken and powerful queen. It is my pleasure to make sure people feel comfortable and break out their shell. A huge example is when I had an honoring opportunity to be a counselor at the Candlelighters of El Paso for diagnosed or survivors of cancer. My job was to make sure the kids and teenagers felt content, optimistic and loved who they are. These kids were truly inspirational and outgoing. They became my best friends. Though I was there to impact their lives, they sure knew how to impact mine. Shout out to my Candleslighters Kids.

I admire my mother for influencing strong work ethic in the household and being a striving U.S. Army soldier. Sleep is overrated because someone is out there to take your position. God helps those who help themselves. –Mom

Junior Teen United Kingdom
Stephanie Rees

Stephanie Rees, Miss Teen Diamond UK In April of this year, Stephanie won the title of Miss Teen Diamond UK, 2017. Stephanie is 13 yrs old, comes from Kingsdown near Deal in Kent. She has worked hard for the last four years raising for various charities, helped in her community and school, has been an Ambassador for Bulliesout and also for her school, Sandwich Technology School. She started to enter pageants when she was nine years old. She had been mentally and physically bullied for 2 years which resulted in her self esteem being so low, she blamed herself and said it was her fault, thought that no-one cared about her and she was alone. She became very withdrawn, her standards at school dropped from being a year in advance of her age to nine months behind. Moving schools helped but she was also asked to enter a pageant which we were reluctant about. She asked if we could prepare for it and if she did not want to do it when we got there, was that ok. So her journey began, she raised funds for Kent Air Ambulance, worked in the Community beach cleaning and planned a baby show. She sang for charity and slowly her confidence started to grow. She entered the pageant, which was a natural one, and she won her category. From then on she has grown, her schooling has improved to the point she is doing higher work than her age, she has raised thousands for charity, and helped a lot of young people. She has been an amazing role model for her peers. Stephanie was the Deal Rosebud Queen for the town Carnival in 2011/2012. She has continued to support the carnival, has collected money for them and walked in the carnival dressed as Belle. Winning at Miss Diamond Uk was her dream, it has taken her almost five years to win a major title, and part of her prize is that she gets to go to Las Vegas in July, to represent her Country and more importantly her home town of Deal. Stephanie aspires to be an actress but she also wishes to become a marine biologist, and is working hard in school to achieve her goals to go to University Stephanie has lived with her Grandparents since she was 7 months old, following ill health of her Mother. She is a bright, bubbly, happy young lady who truly has the biggest heart.

Mrs. California
Alexandra Villalta

I had a very rough beginning of my life. I made decisions in my teenage years that forced me to grow up at such a young age. I had my first child at 18 years old. I’m not going to lie and say it was easy because sadly I had to do this on my own and it wasn’t easy. I faced many difficult obstacles in my life but I refused to give up because my daughter was my motivation. I managed to finish my high school education. As soon as I graduated I had the opportunity to work in the security system industry. Working as a door to door sales representative Monday through Saturday. After only working in this for a couple of months I found out I was really good at it. I was able to save up and start my own business. Now I am proud to say that I am the youngest licensed owner of a security company. Recently I signed a partnership with ADT, which is the number one worldwide security system company. During this journey I met my lifetime partner who is now my husband. Which with whom I have also expanded my family, recently welcoming the arrival of our son. Together we managed to grow a strong company and now we are expanding the business into the solar energy industry. With now a successful company and hundreds of hard working employees I have more free time to enjoy life. I have always dreamed of becoming a model, so now that I have more free time in my hands I decided to join the pageant world. My goal in this is to become a role model, because I know there are many young mothers out there thinking their goals will never be achived and a good life is impossible. I am living proof that although life is not easy it is not impossible to be who you dream of becoming. I had a rough beginning but thank God a happy ending. Today I am 24 years old and my name is Alexandra Villalta.
