“Dahlia “Dolli” Schwartz is a 4-year-old from San Antonio Texas. At 3 years old, she began collecting items to donate to the local no-kill animal shelter under the organization name of “Dolli’s Dogs”. She has a long line of military heroes in her family and spends time on local installments thanking those who are enlisted. Dolli enjoys the competition in pageantry but most of all, the life long friends and experiences she makes.”
