Texas Regency Beauty Pageant

Texas Regency Beauty Pageant will be held, February 23 and 24, 2019 in San Antonio, TX. The host hotel will the Embassy Suites on the Riverwalk, downtown San Antonio, TX. Our Entry fee is $250.00 (included dinner for the contestant), and all we require to hold your title is a $50.00 deposit. Contestants will represent their hometowns, counties, or areas. The remaining Balance just needs to be paid by the pageant.  The winners will receive the beautiful State Crown, Embroidered Satin Sash, fully paid entry fee into the Regency International Pageant and hotel stays rooming with another contestant at Internationals in Las Vegas, NV July 17th thru July 20, 2019. Winners will also win photoshoots, event appearances, and so much more.

AGE DIVISIONS

Jr. Miss 11-13

Ms. 18 – 44

Ages are figured as of August 1, 2019. Any delegate attending will compete within their age division

Contestants Compete in the following areas:

 Interview:

The Personal interview competition is the delegate’s best opportunity to allow the judges to get to know them personally and intimately. Each Delegate will be interviewed the individual and will have to answer a question on a variety of topics. They will have the opportunity to talk about themselves, current events, social issues, and personalities that affect the world today. Judges will be looking for articulate, well-spoken and confident ladies. The personal interview competition is worth 25% of the contestant’s total score.

Fashion:

The fashion wear competition should reflect the personal style of the delegate. The delegate should take this opportunity to choose an outfit that is truly them. The contestant should look to project their personal style, age, and personality on stage. This segment will be very much like a runway show. The fashion wear competition is worth 25% of the contestant’s total score.

Evening Gown:

One word should describe the evening wear competition – Elegance. The evening wear competition is the contestant’s opportunity to show their style, poise, and confidence. The evening wear competition is worth 25% of the contestant’s total score. Judges will be looking for articulate, well-spoken and confident ladies. The personal interview competition is worth 25% of the contestant’s total score

Photogenic:

Regency International™ titleholders must possess photogenic appeal and ability to project an image consistent with beauty and elegance. Photogenic competition is worth 25% of contestants score. Photo requirements:

We encourage our contestants to be involved in your community.  We present awards to contestants that do community service at the pageant.  This is not a requirement and does not in any way go towards your score. For Contestants that would like to do these events we do offer a Satin Sash and Local Crown, the cost for the set is $65.00.  You are not required to have these, and you will not need at the pageant.
