Process/Shipping depends on the Type of Order
AS-IS READY TO SHIP:ย Allow 1 day(24 hours) after payment goes through for product to be shipped.
CUSTOM READY TO SHIP: Allow 1-2 Weeks after payment goes through before shipped (this also allows time for Epoxy/Crystallac to dry).
CUSTOM ORDER:ย Allow at least 4 weeks after payment goes through for finished product before shipped (this allows adjustments and drying time for product to be used safely).
Shipping Service: UPS (2 day/standard shipping)
As of right now, we DO NOT SHIP outside of U.S.
Returns
Due to all items being handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
